Can I order tests on behalf of someone else?
Yes, you can. The order is not linked to the individual taking the test, so you may place the order in your own name even if someone else will provide the sample.
When the person receives the kit, they will be guided to register it using the Test-ID found on the code card inside the box. It is important that the person taking the test registers it under their name.

I forgot to collect my package from the locker, what happens now?
If you chose delivery to a locker and forgot to collect it, the package will be returned to us. It may take up to 1–3 weeks for us to receive it. Once it arrives, we will register it as returned and refund your payment, unless we have agreed otherwise. Read more here
